Description
SuiteWorks is looking for a well-rounded permanent part-time Receptionist/Admin/Hospitality (with potential to change to Full Time basis - based on business demands in the future), that knows what it takes to provide superior customer service while working various roles such as reception, booking meeting space groups along with setting up & tearing down rooms, client/tenant interactions, basic accounting/administrative tasks, and general housekeeping items.
This person must have computer knowledge, a proven track record in the customer service field/hospitality, basic accounting knowledge (Quickbooks preferred), and be available daytime and occasional evening/weekendsJob Type:
