- 3+ years of personal lines experience, with at least one year of proven insurance sales experience
- Additional industry qualifications such as CAIB, CIP, etc., are considered assets
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Results-oriented professional with a strong work ethic
- Unwavering commitment to delivering professionalism and expertise to clients
- Proficiency in MS Office products such as Word and Excel
- Experience with TAM/EPIC is considered an asset

Position Summary
The New Business Advisor role is ideal for individuals who enjoy creating and selling value-added personal insurance programs to prospective clients. This position involves gathering information, collaborating directly with a producer and/or prospective clients, generating quotations, presenting insurance packages, closing and binding orders, preparing required documentation, and securing payment information.
