    About Us

    USA DeBusk is a leading mechanical and industrial cleaning services provider specializing in servicing the downstream energy market.

    We offer a full suite of maintenance and turnaround services including hydro blasting, hydro cutting, hydro excavation, chemical cleaning, PEPTM polymer extraction service, vacuum services, tank cleaning, degassing/vapor control, FCC catalyst handling and transportation, and specialty turnaround services.

    Job Summary/Objective

    The Pneumatic/Vacuum Truck Operator will perform a wide range of physical activities requiring strength and flexibility for handling, positioning, moving, and manipulating equipment and materials, as well as operating vacuum trucks efficiently and safely.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Operate and set up all necessary equipment according to operation training and guidelines and safety procedures.
    2. Adhere to all safety policies and practices, including personal protective gear.
    3. Ability to work safely in and around heavy machinery in loud, hazardous, and industrial settings.
    4. Manually clean, install, fit, repair valves, caps, hoses, pumps, gaskets, and all other external and internal equipment.
    5. Assist in general maintenance of company equipment, service, grease, etc.
    6. Wash and clean company equipment – Pressure wash, clean cabs, etc.
    7. General housekeeping – sweeping floors, taking out trash, and helping keep work areas clean and organized.
    8. Help with future job load outs or unloads from previous jobs – Return equipment and PPE back to designated areas.

    Qualifications:

    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • No experience required behind an 18-wheeler. Fresh out of school is OK.
    • Must possess a valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
    • Auto Restrictions is OK.
    • Must possess a valid Transportation Workers Identification card (TWIC) or be able to obtain one.
    • Must possess a Medical Examiner's Certificate or be able to obtain one.
    • Must be capable of passing a personal background screen.
    • Must be capable of passing an MVR background screen.
    • Commercial Driver - Pneumatic/Vacuum Operator run under the FMCSA 70-hour rule.
    • Must be able to travel for extended periods of time.
    • Will be required to respond to emergency calls 24 hours, 7 days a week as needed.
    • Must be willing to perform all required job duties in accordance with training.
    • Must be willing to perform all job duties in accordance with standard operating procedures.
    • Must be willing to understand and follow all given directions.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Physically capable of performing all duties and responsibilities assigned.
    • Physically capable of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds.
    • Physically capable of standing and/or walking continuously for long periods of time.
    • Physically capable of climbing, balancing, bending, stooping, and kneeling.
    • Physically capable of working in all inclement weather conditions.
