Description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our business procedures by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.

This person will support all departments within the company and will complete administrative duties.

Your duties will include managing customer information and contact lists, inputting invoices and expenses, preparing purchase orders, filing and organizing documents and assisting with project management.


Responsibilities:


  • Data entry and data management.
  • Invoicing and expense entry.
  • Maintaining customer contact lists.
  • Ordering office supplies.
  • Organizing company events.
  • Creating forms and other documents for customers.
  • Creating purchase orders.
  • Assisting in organizing project files/procedures that are time sensitive.

Requirements:


  • College or University Graduate.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work demands.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proactive and enjoys working within a fastpaced environment.
  • Resourcefulness and flexibility.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This job offers the opportunity to occasionally work from home.


Salary:
$22.60 per hour
