Overview:
KUBRA is looking for a talented

Team Lead for User Experience (UX) Research to join our Product Design team


As the Team Lead of UX Research at KUBRA, you will assume a leadership role in guiding and managing the UX Research team to achieve company objectives.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations, provide guidance and mentorship, and ensure the delivery of high-quality research solutions.

Working closely with product managers and executives, you will ensure that research solutions align with user needs and business objectives. By effectively communicating research findings and their implications, you will drive the adoption of user-centered design principles, ultimately contributing to the success of the team and the company as a whole.

What skills do you need?:

  • Degree in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Information Architecture, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent level of practical experience is expected. 3+ years of experience in UX research: Solid foundation in research principles, processes, and best practices. Proven track record of conducting highquality research to drive impactful design solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with crossfunctional teams: Skilled in collaborative work with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in the technology industry and trend awareness: Strong understanding of the tech industry, staying updated with trends and emerging research methodologies to inform innovative research approaches.
