Overview


An Proposal Manager/Administrator sets the pace by guiding a team's efforts to ensure the right processes are being utilized in the right manner.

The individual will also make decisions and provide recommendations when the team is faced with operational difficulties or any issue is faced by the team.

The individual must possess Leadership qualities and friendly personality to engage with customer as well as team.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate with Customer to determine their needs and prepare a Proposal based on the requirements.
  • Manage company's finances/expenses including invoicing and quotation preparation
  • Preparation of Statement of Work when a new Project is underway
  • Review Contracts associated to clients/project requirements
  • Communicate with partners and vendors for new project assignments
  • Proactively manage office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Supervise team and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
  • Supervise agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
  • Supervise budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Supervise records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Coordinate with New Recruits for Employment
  • Microsoft Excel level required Intermediate or higher
  • Experience with Intuit QuickBooks is a must.

  • They will be working in a deadlinedriven environment and will be responsible for scheduled deliverables, must be efficient to manage their time

  • The responsibility for several concurrent projects and dealing with team, client and vendors requires them to balance competing priorities

Business management - analyzing data, interacting with various business units, vendors, teams and customer makes it a critical skill for this role

Negotiation - brokering contracts and pricing with current and prospective clients and vendors requires excellent negotiation techniques

Team Lead: They will oversee team members' work performance, offering guidance and advice where needed and providing necessary feedback to the individual for improvement.

Project Management: Helping the team to plan, design, and implement new projects from start to finish

Client Engagement:Interacting with both internal and external clients to identify current projects or upcoming projects. Discuss initial requirements and manage it


Pay:
$45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
