Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, highenergy environment.
- Ensure that all associates are following standardized procedures and guidelines.
- Track employee attendance and performance metrics.
- Order supplies and equipment as needed.
- Answer customers' questions and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Maintain positive customer relations by greeting customers as they enter the store, thanking them for their business, and wishing them a good day when they leave; report any customer concerns to supervisors.
