In the context of our expansion in North America, Iris Gallery is seeking a Junior Business Development professional to work directly with the General Manager on boutique development initiatives, with an ambition to develop nearly 400 galleries over the next 4 years.

The scope of the mission includes:

• Analyzing local and comparable markets, mapping opportunities
• Identifying potential locations
• Contacting property owners and real estate agents
• Crafting proposals
• Reviewing lease terms
• Developing retail networkbuilding skills
• Eager to grow and learn
• Passionate about retail challenges
• Comfortable with business plans and lease agreements
• Willing to travel to Canada, USA, and Mexico as needed.

$46,000.00 per year
