Position Details:

Permanent Full-time Mainly working day-shift operations, with overtime as required Weekend or night shift may be required dependent on customer needs Travel to customer sites

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years' experience working with mechanical assembly and service Experience working with machinery and power tools

Preferred Qualifications:

Valid class 3 driver's license with a clean record Valid class 1 driver's license with clean record Ability to read blueprints

We are looking for a Junior Plant Operator/Driver

• Responsible for the assembly, inventory and inspection of all products
• Operate overhead crane as needed
• Operate a three-axle rod hauling truck as needed
• Operate a field fusion welding truck as needed
• Loading of full transport reels and unloading of empty transport reels onto/off of transport trailers
• Communicate with the Edmonton facility regarding inventory levels
• Stamp Pro-Rod accessories
• Assist Senior Operators in the maintenance of equipment
• Housekeeping duties
• Fill out appropriate paperwork
• Assist in monthly and quarterly inventory counts
• Other duties as required
