Allied is looking for a
Security Coordinator to join our team at The Well.

In the role of Security Coordinator, you will provide effective coordination, guidance and direction for all Central Services staff and the contracted security guards.

You will foster and maintain team moral and relationships and serve as the point of contact for tenant experience. The Security Coordinator will ensure compliance with all standardized safety and security policies and procedures within the company. Safeguard the company's property from legal improprieties and loss.

Located at Spadina and Front, The Well brings together three million square feet of retail, office, and residential space constructed over 7.7 acres.

What will you do?:


  • Coordinate the activity of the Central Service team.
  • Act as the representative for The Well Security team.
  • Ensure that the customer service philosophies are met and are an important part of the everyday operation of the Security Department.
  • Monitor on a continual basis, tenant and customer satisfaction and attitudes towards safety at the centre.
  • Assist in the onboarding of contract security staff.
  • Assess, develop, implement, and maintain a security/ central services training program for staff.

Security & Life Safety:


  • Report security and safety deficiencies and provide recommend solutions.
  • Assist in the ongoing updates of the Crisis Response Plan.
  • Ensure the campus has adequate emergency procedures and that staff are trained in them.
  • Operational and administrative responsibilities pertaining to the central services and security.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What are we looking for?:


  • Post-Secondary Education (Security/Policing or similar field)
  • 3+ years Security experience
  • Standard First Aid & CPR (c)
  • G driver's license
  • PSISA Security License

Would be an asset:


  • ASIS designation
