+Exemplary skills in developing and nurturing successful global supplier partnerships and robust stakeholder management to balance complex needs with business goals, Exceptional communication and advanced negotiation abilities, with extensive experience in strategically managing complex supplier partnerships,+ Own category /supplier governance, comprehensive oversight, and strategic issue management/escalation across global clinical operations.
+ Ability to strategically develop and execute category sourcing strategies to optimize Clinical Operations across Business Units,
+ Establish comprehensive financial oversight with Global Procurement to optimize spend and deliver cost efficiencies,
+ Exceptional relationship management capabilities that span multiple business units
