We are seeking a dynamic, creative and motivated Marketing Coordinator with a passion for social media and a keen interest in the music industry to join our quickly growing team This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who is driven, eager to prove themselves, and determined to gain valuable experience in marketing.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly, fostering a positive and interactive online community.
Content Creation:
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager to develop visually appealing and compelling content, including graphics, videos, photos, and captions that are tailored for social media platforms.
Campaign Execution:
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and tracking of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Support the coordination and execution of digital advertising efforts and influencer collaborations.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports on key insights, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
- Use datadriven insights to optimize content strategy and drive measurable results.
Community Engagement:
- Actively engage with the community, influencers, and fans through social media platforms.
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with relevant individuals and organizations to expand reach and increase brand exposure.
Brand Management:
- Uphold and promote the company's brand image, values, and messaging through all social media channels.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual aesthetic while adapting content for different platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Facebook Ads, Google My Business, Google Analytics, Social media insights).
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably within the music or entertainment industry.
- Strong photo and video editing skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Canva) or similar software.
- Demonstrated understanding of social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Ability to think creatively, generate innovative ideas, and contribute to the overall marketing strategy.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Passion for music and a solid knowledge of the music industry landscape.
