MedReno / Imperial Construction Group is a small general contractor that focus on mainly healthcare interior construction and renovation services in and around the Greater Toronto Area.

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor who can be part of a small team and run a job-site's day to day operations while reporting to the owner.

Key responsibilities are as follows:

Maintain site safety
Open and lock up site daily
Works with the owner to assist in ordering necessary supplies, tools, and equipment.
Makes sure projects are aligned with agreedupon plans.

- works directly with owner to ensure completion of work in a timely manner

Communicates and delivers project progress reports.
Collaborates with architects, engineers, electricians, and other trades.
Quality Control
Uses scheduling software to update schedules
Helps source materials to drive cost savings and efficiencies
Helps recruit new trades and workers, as required
Can read and interrupt blue prints / permit drawings
Do some nontechnical work (i.e. site cleanup, demo, drywall, hanging fixtures, etc.)

Construction Site Supervisor Qualifications and Skills:

Valid "G" Drivers license
23 years experience working in the construction industry as a Site Supervisor on commercial projects
Proven skills in the building of strong relationships with clients, contractors, and construction workers.
Must have proven strong organizational, timemanagement, problemsolving, and construction knowledge.
Ability to work as a team player
Ability to adapt to the changing business needs
Able to work on tools such as drills, saws and hammers daily

Salary:
$28.00-$35.00 per hour
