We are growing and as part of our growth, we are looking for a
VP Operations to oversee the day-to-day activities at Lifestyle Home Products.

We are a family owned and operated company with Showrooms in Ajax, Peterborough and Kingston. Our manufacturing facility and office are located in beautiful
Peterborough, ON.

Reporting to the CEO, the VP of Operations is responsible for the direction and management of the day-to-day operations of the retail division in a fast paced and expanding market while ensuring an efficient and cost effective operation.

What you will be doing:

Strategic Planning and budget preparation.
Profit and Loss on operations.
Attain target gross margins (%).
Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability to the direct and indirect reports.
Empower the teams, provide the tools and remove the barriers for success
Identify areas for continuous improvement and develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity, cost savings, metrics and performance targets and any potential risks that may contribute to the longterm strategic plans.

What you bring:

Minimum of 5 years in construction, home improvement industry.
BA, Masters or equivalent in business.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior role.
Solid communication and presentation skills.
Strategic, problem solver, and ethical.
Excellent supervisory and conflict resolution skills.
Emotional IQ.
Passion for excellence.
Ability to transition from strategy to execution.
