Job description
I would like to virtually accessorize every room. This is not traditional MLS staging. We are staging for short term rental marketing and emotional appeal.Overall Style Direction

Couples, small families, snowbirds
Feel:
Boutique Airbnb, not builder basic
Please avoid ultra modern, farmhouse, heavy gray tones, bold beach theme decor, or dark furniture. The walls are already gray, so furnishings need to warm the space.
Color Palette
Use warm whites, soft sand tones, muted coastal blues, light wood, and subtle sage accents.
Avoid cool gray accents and overly bright colors.
Bedrooms
Bedding
Layered white bedding base with a textured duvet or quilt.
Add 2 to 3 decorative pillows in soft blue or sandy beige.
Include a throw blanket at the foot of the bed.
No loud prints or bold patterns.
Primary Bedroom (Sliding Door Room)
This will be our hero room and should feel slightly more elevated than the others.
Please add:
- Upholstered bench at the foot of the bed in light beige fabric
- Two matching bedside lamps with warm light glow
- Larger art above the bed, either neutral coastal abstract or subtle seascape
- Light jute or woven area rug under the bed
Keep them cohesive but slightly simpler.
Use the same style of lamps as the primary.
Keep the throw and accent colors consistent across all rooms.
Minimal decor on nightstands, such as a lamp and small plant or book stack.
Lifestyle Elements
In one or two images only, please incorporate subtle lifestyle touches such as:
- Rolled white towels on the corner of the bed
- Woven beach tote on a chair
- Coffee mug and small tray on the desk
- Neutral ceramic vase with greenery
Lighting
Please simulate warm lighting at approximately 2700K with natural sunlight coming through windows. Avoid cool or bluish tones. If possible, provide one slightly warmer evening glow version of the primary bedroom for marketing use.
Window Treatments
If adjusting virtually, replace darker curtains with lighter linen style drapes that feel airy and soft. No heavy fabrics.
Additional Adjustments
Please digitally clean any visible wall scuffs, straighten curtain rods, and remove visible cords or minor distractions. If possible, simplify or remove any mismatched shelving that makes the space feel less cohesive.
Consistency
All bedrooms should feel like they belong in the same home, using the same lamp style, throw style, accent color story, and wood tones.
