In this role, you will contribute significantly to the education and skills development of aspiring IT professionals. Your guidance will help shape their understanding of digital marketing strategies, ensuring they are well-prepared for their future careers. This opportunity allows for flexible engagement, as you'll work part-time, delivering impactful lectures and adapting materials to meet students' needs. Your efforts will directly contribute to our partner's mission of helping 1 million people start their careers in tech.

Accountabilities

• Adapt and update course materials in collaboration with Instructional Designers.
• Conduct daily sessions, with flexibility in scheduling, focusing on morning hours.
• Support student motivation and assist in resolving learning challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, focusing on user acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience in building and optimizing funnels and managing key metrics.
• Confident use of analytics tools like GA4, GTM, and BI dashboards.
• Ability to clearly explain complex concepts and foster student understanding.
• Strong feedback skills focused on student growth and development.
• Proactive and flexible approach, eager to share knowledge with others.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and proficiency in English for working with materials.
