Job Description:
Elia Associates PC provides a full range of Post-Development Condominium Law services to condominium corporations throughout Ontario.

This is a full-time, in office position.


Duties will include:

  • Greeting clients and visitors, determining their needs and directing them if needed to the appropriate meeting room
  • Answering phone calls in a polite manner, directing callers to the appropriate person, and taking and relaying detailed messages as needed
  • Ordering, distributing, and organizing stationery and supplies
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Managing calendars
  • Managing Zoom and boardroom bookings
  • Organize lunches & catering
  • Run errands such as package and bank deposit drop off
  • Sanitizing touchpoints in the office
  • Filing
  • Typing/ Transcribing

Skills and Qualifications for this position:

  • 2-3 years of experience in reception and/or office administration
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Oulook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom, etc.
  • Typing (60+ WPM minimum)
  • Strong time management, organizational, communication, interpersonal and administrative skills
  • Detailoriented
  • Selfmotivated
  • Drivers License
  • Car is an asset
  • Postsecondary education preferred
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
  • Condominium Experience is an asset

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 9am to 5pm (with 1 hour off for lunch)
  • Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
Covid protocols are in place in the office.
