This unique hands on position provides the opportunity to assist in the renovation of the Best Western Hotel.

Full Job Responsibilities stated below.

Primary Responsibilities:

Completes full duties of a Building Maintenance Technician.

Works in the rooms and property to renovate and maintain the hotel.
Fix and maintain mechanical equipment, buildings, and machines.
Tasks include plumbing work, painting, flooring repair and upkeep, electrical repairs and heating and air conditioning system maintenance.
Willingness and ability to work weekends and over night shifts when required.
Other related duties
Must be eligible to work in Canada.

Skills and Abilities:

Excellent communication skills.
Ability to fix and operate related equipment
Must have excellent customer service skills, integrity and ability to take initiative.
Must have good time management skills and the ability to work with mínimal supervision.
Must have good organizational skills, the ability to multitask and strong attention to detail.
Ability to physically conduct duties
