Exciting opportunity with Alberta's local commercial cleaning, maintenance, and landscaping company._

Vital Property Services has over 30 years of direct operational experience in the janitorial and landscaping industry and we pride ourselves on being able to provide our Clients with consistently excellent service and satisfaction.

Janitorial Responsibilities

Floor duties scrubbing and waxing, stripping, carpet cleaning
Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
Operate other industrial equipment as required like an auto scrubber
Empty trash cans and other waste containers
Clean, disinfect, and polish bathroom and kitchen fixtures
High dusting of lights and air vents
Other maintenance duties and required

Requirements:

1 year required
Must be available to work in Edmonton & Area locations.
Good communication skills and attention to detail
A Driver's License is required
A vehicle (preferred)
Must pass criminal record check.
WHIMS certificate required. (We will help with this)
