We are a well-established and growing public accounting practice on the West Shore and have an immediate opening for an Office Manager / Bookkeeper.


Responsibilities:


As the Office Manager in our firm, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office including having strong bookkeeping and analytical skills and being very comfortable with MS Office, SAGE50 and other software in a computerized office.

Coverage for the reception is required as needed.


The position includes a wide variety of responsibilities:

  • Director of First Impressions while interacting with our clientele, administration, billing, payroll, bookkeeping, collections and filing returns with CRA.
  • Prior office administration and bookkeeping experience are a must.
  • Previous experience in a public accounting practice would be an asset.
  • Accuracy, efficiency and being a team player are essential for success.
