Job summary
The Experience Coach is responsible for supporting Consultants, Advisors and Specialists across Global HR Operations teams to deliver accurate, effective and efficient responses through all available channels to HR-related inquiries from internal and external partners. In this role, you will provide day-to-day guidance to team members on the optimal use of HR systems and processes, deliver monthly shadowing sessions, participate in change initiatives, contribute to education and continuous development of global teams by creating training materials , manage high-profile inquiries/escalations by providing proactive support enabling successful resolution. Ensure professional experiences by striving for excellence in understanding client requests.Qualifications
- French communication required for this role - both verbal & written.
- Post-secondary degree in Business or Human Resources or related field - actively pursuing education considered an asset.
- Prior experience in a shared service center or call center environment preferably with knowledge of global HR polices procedures compliance requirements.
