We are seeking a Registered Physiotherapist (registered with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia) for a long- or short-term casual/locum position.
Are you someone who likes to travel and only work when you are in town? Or perhaps you are looking to slow down your practice and only pick up shifts when it works for you.
Maybe you would like to add some shifts here and there to your regular schedule to make a few extra dollars? Maybe you just prefer not to be tied down to a consistent schedule every week.

- or short-term locum/casual physios who are able to assist with covering practitioner vacation time to ensure continuity of care for our clients while their treating practitioners are away. There is a lot of opportunity and flexibility to be working as much or as little as you'd like.

Compensation
It is important to us to have a competitive compensation package. As an Independent Contractor*, you will receive a competitive and incentivized percentage of revenue received.

- What does the remaining % Cover?_
- Private Treatment space, including hydraulic beds, hand washing station, and electronic charting workspace all in your treatment room
- All linens, including blankets, towels, etc. and full service laundry
- All modalities shockwave, laser, IFC, ultrasound, needles, traction, TENs etc.
- Full time+ Office Support, including booking, billing, accounts receivables, etc.
- Full time+ Client Relations Team to best support positive client experiences and assist with challenging situations
- Full time+ Marketing team

To ensure that our practitioner's income keeps up with the cost of living, we are committed to reviewing and adjusting our rates annually.
