Retail Store Security
Seeking experienced Tactical Security personnel, to conduct loss prevention duties at a local retail store.

Your primary task will be to mitigate theft from the store, but other responsibilities will include the personal protection of the staff, preventing unauthorized persons from entering, monitoring for safety concerns, and physical intervention when required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Must hold a valid MB Security Guard license. _Please indicate your license number on your resume for verification._

Must be physically capable of extended patrols on foot, standing for extended periods, and safely lift loads up to 60 lbs

WHAT TO EXPECT
Tacit Security personnel are responsible for ensuring our client's safety and security.

They are held to the highest level of professionalism in the course of executing their duties, ensuring that all uniforms and equipment are properly fitted, worn, clean, and functional.

Many of our members are well trained, and come with years of experience and expertise in various aspects of Security.

Once within our ranks, you will be tasked with patrols and inspections of the properties we protect, with the goal of mitigating and responding to fire, theft, vandalism, illegal activity, and any other threats to the safety and security of our clients and their assets.

You will be the first line of defense against many of these threats, and will often make the initial contact with appropriate Emergency Response organizations, such as EMS, Police, and Fire departments.

You are a problem solver, and will make quick decisions under stressful situations. Utilizing industry leading technology, you will document evidence and complete daily reports outlining observations and activities during assigned shifts.
