Position Available:
Server

As a Server at A Bento, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, guiding guests through our menu, and delivering dishes with precision and flair.

Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and knowledge of Taiwanese cuisine will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Provide detailed information about our menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and recommendations.
• Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the POS system.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of food and beverages to guests.
• Monitor and anticipate guest needs, responding promptly and courteously.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Perform cleaning duties including stocking, sanitizing, and sweeping floors to maintain a pristine dining environment.
• Upsell menu items and promote special offerings.
• Other relate duties and tasks as assigned by Management.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role is required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Open availability is preferred.

Knowledge of Taiwanese cuisine is a plus.
