    Description
    Our client is a tier one, national firm who are globally renowned for their expertise in financial services. Their financial services transactional lawyers are highly respected and internationally recognized. They offer a broad range of legal services for both lender-side and borrower-side clients.

    Their practice is inclusive of syndicated lending, leveraged finance, asset-based loans, project and infrastructure finance, energy finance, equipment finance, real estate finance, structured finance, and securitizations.

    European and other non-Canadian financial services providers.

    Our client is now in the market for a highly talented mid-level Financial Services Associate to join their thriving financial services team of experts in their Vancouver office.

    2-5 years of private practice experience working in corporate law and financial services with a reputable law firm;
    ~ Syndicated lending, leveraged finance, infrastructure finance, structured finance, and securitizations would be considered to be an asset;
    ~ Strong academic credentials
    ~ Qualified to practice law in Canada.
