- Actively collaborates with sales and delivery to develop client proposals around process and solution options create roadmaps clearly explain technical concepts for shared understanding to facilitate decision-making
- Work as a trusted advisor in an atmosphere of partnership with clients at the sponsor level consultatively leads technical non-technical executive-or-sponsor-level client stakeholders on complex technical concepts or design implications lead large-scale complex technical requirements elicitation design scoping discussions internally-and/or with existing potential clients decompose large-scale requirements-user stories into tasks accurately estimates the effort for themselves others complete those tasks demonstrate consistent capability effective project leadership variety projects project types multi-workstream large-scale complex projects global teams identifies problems independently demonstrates proactive ownership solution vets evaluates others proposed solutions delegates ownership appropriate proactively professionally raises articulates risks PM project delivery team internal leadership productively collaborates project team internal leadership potential solutions mitigation approaches participates related client communication sponsor level
