Hey I'm Scott, Marketing Director for our Pianote Brand at Musora.

We're an online music education company with the mission to create a world where everyone can play the songs they love

I'm looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to take Pianote to the next level.

You'll make an immediate impact if you have:

  • Marketing chops.
  • A Growth Mindset.
  • Excellent copy that converts.
  • Enthusiasm for music, better yet,
    pianists.
You'll work closely with the Marketing Director to facilitate the growth of Pianote - both in revenue and awareness.

If you're successful in getting this role, you will be key in maintaining a healthy long-term marketing funnel while capitalizing on spontaneous marketing opportunities.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:

You will be integral in supporting the Marketing Director with:


  • Lead Generation. You're on the front lines of communicating with our audiences and ensuring we're building a healthy marketing funnel of engaged pianists.

Copywriting. You'll be expected to write professional and engaging copy that pianists of all backgrounds can relate to.

Advertising. You'll be responsible for writing ads that drive people to our free & paid resources. This means you'll get to know our audience better than anyone and take helping them seriously.

Asset Creation. Execution is key - you'll be coordinating video & photo shoots, hunting down testimonials, and doing whatever it takes to create attention-grabbing advertising assets.

Miscellaneous projects. Some of the most successful campaigns don't fit under a single marketing branch. You'll need to be flexible in identifying & tackling new opportunities as they arise.

Artist Relations: Ensure you speak on behalf of Musora while interacting with artists, and maintaining a positive and professional environment.

Key Performance Indicators:

As a member of the marketing team, your performance will be judged on:


  • Awareness. Are we reaching newer & larger audiences with our campaigns?

Leads. What impact are you making on the quality & quantity of leads we're bringing in?

Conversions. Are we turning leads into students? You'll be running campaigns to convert new students and drive revenue growth.

Hitting Deadlines. You'll be responsible for ensuring we launch promotions on time and help coordinate the full arsenal of our marketing efforts.


Reporting Structure:


  • You will report directly to the Marketing Director (Pianote)

Job Details:


  • This role is hybrid, ideally onsite three days per week.
