Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including setting objectives, timelines, and milestones.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Assist with project progress monitoring and identify potential risks or obstacles.
- Support project evaluation and reporting processes.
- Communicate regularly with project team members and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, such as reports, presentations, and proposals.
Qualifications:
- Twoyear diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a project officer or in a similar role, with proficiency in office management software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, recordkeeping, and document preparation.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and confidential documents.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities as needed.
