The Service Coordinator provides excellent customer service support to customers and is responsible for coordinating with field staff. This position works


JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support other staff with invoicing, warranty and administrative tasks
• Provide service and sales quotes to customers with assistance from sales team
• Staying up to date on parts ordered. Making sure technician's parts are ordered and installed in timely manner
• Ensure all technician paperwork from field service has been submitted properly for invoicing
• Oncall work schedules may be required
• Input customer data accurately, making sure it is kept up to date

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
