What Will You Work On?


The AVP, Partner Marketing will lead the communication efforts for all partners across LoyaltyOne, defining the strategy and G2M plans annually and executing and optimizing based on preformance.

Key metrics of success will be tied to partner metrics including acquisition and engagement KPIs as appropriate.

This role will be directly accountable for marketing performance of all partner campaigns in market working closely with relevant internal teams across Client Success, Data, Media and Brand.

How Will You Create Impact?- Developing marketing strategy and go to market plans across a variety of partner vertical- Make decisions regarding multi-year marketing plans, with strategies and priorities to support growth of lines of business, including such deliverables as brand positioning, customer management strategies, online and print advertising, content creation and placement, PR messages and channel optimization- Providing leadership of multiple agile teams supporting in developing strategies and continuously testing and optimizing against core measures- Partnering at a senior level with core partners and Client Success leads to ensure we are meeting goals and expectations- Working collaboratively to drive a differentiating content-driven B2B marketing strategy and supporting on new business opportunities


Let's Talk About You:

  • Minimum of 10 years of directly related work experience in Branding and marketing, B2C or B2B
  • Minimum of 5 years of Supervisory experience required
  • PR management & media relations experience
  • Proven success in leading account relationships, preference for within an agency with a variety of vertical experience
  • Proven leadership skills with an ability to build strong internal & external "influencer" relationships, and relations with the Executive Committee and C level contacts
  • Proven management experience with direct and indirect reports at all levels
  • Solid understanding of customer management, loyalty, analytic services & the direct marketing industry
  • Proven experience in marketing and communications strategy development. Ideally in a fast paced, agile first environment.
  • Self starter with the ability to manage multiple projects at once, and motivate and oversee direct reports while developing Associate and Director level
