We are seeking a collaborative team player with a strong commitment to equity, reconciliation, diversity, and inclusion to join our team as a Recruiter.
As a key member of a dedicated recruitment team for the City of Vancouver, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of union and exempt positions throughout the City, ensuring fair and inclusive hiring of top diverse talent.
As an ambassador of the City, you will professionally represent our commitment to reconciliation, equity, diversity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process and at recruitment events.
Your expertise in recruitment will be instrumental in ensuring an efficient and effective process that adheres to the organization's guidelines and policies.
You will be responsible for crafting inclusive job postings, designing interview guides, implementing inclusive testing methods, and tracking and reporting recruitment information and data.

**Annual salary will consider a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skillset, level of experience applicable to the role they are being offered and internal equity considerations.
