Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Advisor.

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive service department.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:

Greet customers and assist them with scheduling appointments for automotive repairs and maintenance
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
Provide customers with detailed explanations of recommended repairs and services
Generate repair orders and communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
Upsell additional services or products that may benefit the customer's vehicle
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service history
Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and providing change
Coordinate loaner vehicles for customers when necessary
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions

Experience:

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive dealership or repair shop
Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
