    Associate Engineer – Municipal Roads & Highways

    Parsons is now hiring an Associate Engineer with experience and desire to work on municipal and provincial infrastructure and operations projects that change the fabric of our community. Parsons' extensive experience in this field, combined with your engineering knowledge, will propel your career forward with opportunity for advancement with top performance. In this role you can expect to complete a wide variety of complex engineering assignments within the transit and transportation discipline. You will apply advanced engineering techniques and analyses which may involve CAE (computer aided engineering)/CAD (computer aided design) applications.

    Still interested? You'll have:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering and registered as an EIT in Ontario
    • Experience utilizing CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering is required
    • Exposure working on transit and transportation infrastructure projects as well as transit project planning skill set preferred
    • Project controls experience strongly desired and construction management would be an asset
    • Transportation design software knowledge (AutoCAD Civil3D and/or Microstation)
    • Road & Highway design and construction experience would be preferable.
