What The Role Looks Like


As the Web Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in our marketing organization, owning development and optimization of the public FlexPay website.

You will work closely with FlexPay's marketing teams and other internal stakeholders to integrate campaign and event experiences across paid channels and our website.

A day in the life of this position includes;

  • Assuming operational responsibilities for the systems that run our public FlexPay website (CMS, Analytics, tracking data and supporting tech).
  • Enabling the marketing team to be agile and rapidly test, improve, optimize and scale our website to improve its ability to attract traffic (SEO), engage traffic, and convert traffic to qualified leads.
  • Partner with marketing stakeholders to manage both technical and content SEO strategies
  • Gathering technical and functional requirements to manage frontend development of website activities, making web adjustments that optimize operations, user experience and core business KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversion).
  • Optimizing website reporting, analyzing reports to identify site engagement and conversion optimization opportunities, and collaborating across marketing to drive improvements in these critical outcomes
  • Establishing and owning processes for tagging to ensure accurate and indepth site engagement and activity, reporting metrics using GA and other tools.
  • Owning all website programming, including Javascript development.
  • Deploying and managing all MarTech plugins and API integration.
  • Managing and optimizing 's performance through Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
  • Collaborating with other marketing teams and operational partners to integrate campaign experience and other company needs into the website.

Who We're Looking For


You are a talented and experienced Web/Web Operations Manager with 3-5 years of experience, looking for your next exciting role with a young FinTech company that is making a real difference removing payment obstacles between merchants and their customers.


You have demonstrated excellence in developing and deploying website CMS and experience updates to optimize our core website KPIs of attracting more traffic through SEO, engaging traffic to increase time on site, pages viewed, and content consumed, and traffic conversion to qualified leads.

You partner well with internal teams and have a keen understanding of the relationship between design optimized for engagement and results.


What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development or a related field.
  • Minimum of 35 years' experience managing web development and operations, web analytics, site optimization and website management.
  • Technical strength with great design aesthetics, typography, layout, spacing and UX skills.
  • Experience establishing and implementing website tracking best practices with high volume websites.
  • Demonstrated expertise in WordPress CMS, HTML, HTML5, Javascript, SQL, PHP, responsive web design and technical SEO.
  • Demonstrated experience in helping optimize website design, architecture and experience to improve core website business KPIs (organic traffic generation, visitor engagement, visitor conversion)
  • A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive while managing multiple projects simultaneously in a rapidly growing, fast paced organization.
  • Outside of the box thinking, someone who is not afraid to ask questions and look for new/different solutions.
