• Implement action plans to deliver results
• Manage a staffing plan to drive results
• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Coordinates with customers regarding discrepancies and errors in the supply chain process
• Addresses logistical problems and furnishes solutions to issues
• Meets with other managers to confer about products, shipping times, and distribution issues, among many other concerns
• Improves business by opening new contracts and enhancing systems
• Conduct safety observations and participate in Safety Committee
• Communicate customer specific requirements QUALIFICATIONS & RELEVANT

• 3- 5 years' experience in professional environment
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Working knowledge of warehouse / mechanical equipment
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Excellent talent management and team building skills Preferred
• Familiarity with MHE
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word
