    We at Forrest Solutions are providing exceptional office services management to our clients. and as a part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking hire a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Services Print Associate.

    Job Description: As an Office Services Print Associate, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of print production within the professional banking setting. Your primary duties will include operating and maintaining large printers, producing high-quality copies, and binding documents as needed. Additionally, you will provide support for various office services tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities.

    Shift: 8am-5pm

    Pay Rate: $19p/h

    Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain large printers to produce high-quality copies of documents.
  • Utilize binding equipment to assemble and finish documents according to specifications.
  • Monitor and replenish print and binding supplies to ensure continuous workflow.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill print production requests in a timely manner.
  • Assist with other office services tasks such as mail distribution, supply management, and facilities maintenance.
  • Uphold quality standards and attention to detail throughout all print production processes.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding document handling and confidentiality.
  • Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in print production and operation of large printers.
  • Proficiency in document binding techniques and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with office software and basic computer skills.
