Clinician / Counsellor (EAP Program)

Fredericton, NB

The opportunity:

Reporting to the Clinical Supervisor, you will be providing in-person counselling services for TELUS Health's Employee Assistance Program (EAP), in our office.

What you will do:

Provide shortterm counselling to a diverse set of clients dealing with various issues, within the terms and conditions of the client's EAP;
Manage the administrative requirements as dictated by TELUS Health's clinical models.

Who we are looking for:

Master's Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work or Indigenous Social Work;
In good standing with College of Registered Counselling Therapists of NB, NB Association of Social Workers or College of Psychologists of NB;
Postmasters counselling experience;
Ability to set short term objectives and use a solution focused approach;
Ability to clinically manage highrisk cases;
Excellent timemanagement skills with the ability to handle a large volume of clients.
