What is the opportunity?

Within Personal and Commercial Banking, Operations Enablement & Integration (OE&I) is one of the leading areas in RBC that is evolving how we help our clients thrive and communities prosper.

OE&I is supporting our Operations employees through dual operating environments, end to end process optimization, and igniting our workforce through various HR initiatives.

Working in our National Office as a Business Analyst, you play a critical part in measuring and monitoring the work we are doing through the creation of a net-new OE&I scorecard report.


What will you do?

  • Collaborate with stakeholders & senior management, across multiple lines of business
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes
  • Create and present recommendations to stakeholders
  • Understand and define metrics, support creation of a comprehensive scorecard report

What do you need to succeed?
Required

  • Currently enrolled at a postsecondary institution
  • Experience working on projects and thriving in ambiguity
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly do business with partners across Canada
  • Ability to grasp information quickly with a high attention to detail
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong conceptual thinking
Nice-to-have

  • Experience with the Microsoft office suite including Excel and PowerPoint
