Leadership & Development Program Intern

The Wipro Leadership Development MBA Internship is a 10 weeks summer program designed to ensure interns gain valuable insight into what a future with Wipro would be like.

During the program, interns will have an opportunity to work on a challenging assignment, to learn about our business and service lines; and to interact with various business leaders from across the organization.

Interns who demonstrate success and show a strong cultural fit at Wipro will be considered for the post-MBA 15-month Global 100 Rotational Development Program.
