Why CompuCom? (Overview):


The Business Development Executive role's primary responsibilities include revenue and GM growth in the Canadian marketplace, through large outsourcing companies/relationships.

To grow our name, connections and reputation to gain service components from the larger outsourcing deals.

What We Need & What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Grow, foster, and build a strategic relationship with partners to become "a valued and trusted adviser"
  • Accountable for the business results including growth in revenue and margin for Canada
  • Define account plan, engage in sales pursuits
  • Ensure partner satisfaction and drive/resolve lead issue resolution, where required
  • Responsible for partnering with the Sales Executives to ensure customer growth for partner sales
  • Accurate forecasting for revenue and margin.

Who You Are (Qualifications):

  • BA/BS in Business Management
  • Minimum of 810 years of relevant experience
  • Experience working with partner relationship management at multiple levels
  • Experience leading teams in a matrixed organization
  • Strong strategic and tactical management skills
  • Excellent communicator
  • Strong initiative, leadership skills and work ethic
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must be able to travel.
