Why CompuCom? (Overview):
The Business Development Executive role's primary responsibilities include revenue and GM growth in the Canadian marketplace, through large outsourcing companies/relationships.
What We Need & What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
- Grow, foster, and build a strategic relationship with partners to become "a valued and trusted adviser"
- Accountable for the business results including growth in revenue and margin for Canada
- Define account plan, engage in sales pursuits
- Ensure partner satisfaction and drive/resolve lead issue resolution, where required
- Responsible for partnering with the Sales Executives to ensure customer growth for partner sales
- Accurate forecasting for revenue and margin.
Who You Are (Qualifications):
- BA/BS in Business Management
- Minimum of 810 years of relevant experience
- Experience working with partner relationship management at multiple levels
- Experience leading teams in a matrixed organization
- Strong strategic and tactical management skills
- Excellent communicator
- Strong initiative, leadership skills and work ethic
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Must be able to travel.
