ABM College is currently looking for a highly experienced, dynamic, and dedicated Massage Therapy Instructor who has a passion for sharing their expertise and experiences to facilitate the delivery of quality education for the Massage Therapy Department.

We are currently looking for a Massage Therapy Instructor for AM and PM shifts.


Essential Job Responsibilities:


  • Create dynamic classroom / online learning experiences using various teaching strategies to facilitate adult learners in achieving learning objectives by the program objectives as set out in the curriculum.
  • Ensure students are motivated to learn and maximize their potential.
  • Use different classroom /online learning strategies to ensure knowledge and skills acquisition and retention.
  • Evaluate students' performance through different academic assessments.
  • Prepare academic reports (grading sheet, attendance, academic exercises, and assessments).
  • Actively participate in developing and updating curriculum, manuals, and guides as requested by the Coordinator and Academic Lead.
  • Supervise Student Clinic if needed.
  • I will work to cover the class time that is unable to be covered by a regular instructor.

Education and Skills Requirements:


  • Diploma in Massage Therapy from an accredited Institute.
  • At least 3 years of work experience as a Registered Massage Therapist.
  • At least 1 year of teaching experience or mentoring role.
  • Active License or Registration.
  • Proficient in any other theory and technical skills necessary to train the students to become successful Massage Therapists.
  • Proficient in the technical and theory translation of the course.
  • Passionate about teaching.
  • The ability to develop relationships and engage with the students.
  • Sharp listening skills and critical thinking.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication.
  • Must be patient and has a friendly and respectful attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Must have sensitivity and ability to successfully interact with diverse populations.

Job Type:
Part-Time (Both AM + PM shifts needed)
