We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Manager to spearhead our onboarding process and leverage Notion to streamline internal operations.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience from day one, while fostering a collaborative and organized work environment.

• Onboarding Expertise:
• Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding process for new clients, encompassing initial contact, information gathering, contract finalization, and account setup.
• Develop clear and concise onboarding materials, including checklists, templates, and training resources, utilizing Notion for easy access and updates.
• Manage client expectations throughout the onboarding journey, providing timely communication and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Notion Mastery:
• Champion the agency's Notion system, ensuring its effective utilization for onboarding workflows, project management, client communication, and knowledge sharing.
• Create and maintain standardized templates, databases, and workflows within Notion to optimize efficiency and consistency across all operations.
• Conduct regular system audits and implement improvements based on team feedback and evolving needs.
• Train and support team members on effectively using Notion for their respective roles.
• Operational Excellence:
• Oversee the smooth flow of internal operations, identifying and streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and prioritize agency tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
• Implement project management tools and methodologies to maintain clear visibility and control over ongoing projects.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and communication within the team, facilitating seamless information sharing and problemsolving.

• 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within a marketing or agency environment.
• Proven track record of successfully onboarding new clients and ensuring a positive experience.
• Indepth knowledge and experience using Notion for project management, task tracking, and knowledge base creation.
• Strong understanding of Facebook advertising workflows and best practices (a plus).
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
