Role Description:

As a Marketing Associate at iConnect, you will play a key role in shaping the public perception and user engagement of our innovative nightlife app.

You will be responsible for generating engaging and visually appealing content that resonates with our diverse audience, enhancing their nightlife experience, and promoting the iConnect brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Ideation: Work closely with the marketing team to generate fresh and appealing ideas for content across various platforms, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
• Content Creation: Produce highquality, engaging content, including social media posts, videos, and photos, that effectively communicate the brand's message and values.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate content production and ensure consistency across all media.
• Project Management: Oversee projects from conception to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze the performance of content campaigns and use insights to refine future strategies.

Qualifications:

• Experience in content creation or digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong creative and technical skills in writing, editing, and multimedia production.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a dynamic team environment.
• Keen interest in nightlife, culture, and trends.
