Role Overview:


The Head of Partner Marketing will lead a diverse marketing team, driving the strategic direction and execution of partner campaigns.

This role is pivotal for establishing Skip as the preferred growth platform for our wide range of restaurant, retail, CPG and B2B partners from coast to coast.

Their responsibilities include enhancing partner engagement with the Skip platform and services, maximizing Skip's profitability, and providing Marketing expertise in support of the business development and sales teams.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Leadership: Cultivate and guide an exceptional partner marketing team, nurturing and developing talent for maximum performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to understand partner requirements and ensure marketing programs meet business objectives.
  • Strategic Vision: Develop and implement a holistic partner marketing strategy, continuously innovating marketing tools and refining processes for improved outcomes.
  • Drive Execution: Take a handson approach to ensure that strategies are informed by data & research, executed effectively, and measured for continuous improvement.

Utilize a data-informed approach in decision-making to guarantee optimal ROI, even when facing ambiguity.

  • Innovation & Creativity: Champion fresh ideas, fostering innovative thinking, and challenging the comfort of the "status quo".
  • Business stakeholder for all future product enhancements required to meet the needs of current and future partner marketing needs, working in close collaboration with UX and Product teams.
  • Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with Analytics, Finance, Digital Media and Courier teams to achieve shared goals.

Obtain an in-depth understanding of Skip's capabilities, creating best practice use cases demonstrating Skip's impact to partners' business for partner reviews, business development and industry thought leadership


Requirements:


  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in a clientfacing agency or consultancy role is a plus.
  • Demonstrable skill in crafting datadriven strategies that align with set objectives.
  • Outstanding relationshipbuilding prowess with varied stakeholder groups.
  • Strategic mindset, adept at discovering growth opportunities even in complex scenarios.
  • A collaborative spirit complemented by a proactive, handson approach.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics tools, and the latest trends in customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and justify strategies to stakeholders.
  • Adept at working in fastpaced environments, managing multiple prioritiessimultaneously.
