Service Writer with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, great problem salving skills that loves their work and is reliable.

Previous marine and customer service experience is recommended. Training for specific brands can be supplied.

SERVICE WRITER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Answering service calls
Greeting Customers
Scheduling customer appointments
Creating work orders
Providing estimates and quoting for repair work
Ensuring follow up with our customers
Completing work order once service is complete
Collecting payment for work done
Assisting in warranty with manufacturers and warranty administration as directed by the Service Manager
Assisting at the Parts area when time permits; inventory, stocking etc.
Assist customers with the dropoff of their boat
Setting up and keeping the storefront stocked, priced, neat, and clean
Perform other administrative tasks as required
