Job Summary
Flavours is a key strategic growth pillar for Glanbia Nutritionals.

As part of the PSM (Product Strategy Management) team, this position will support the development of business initiatives to deliver on our ambition.

This will include new market/ business opportunities in product categories. This position is a key link between supporting existing business and developing future growth.

The primary responsibility of this role is the creation of the end-to-end commercialization and pre-commercialization process for Foodarom Flavors with the aim of bringing new materials to market successfully and efficiently.

To be effective, this will require cross-functional coordination and working closely with Sales, Procurement, Operations, Marketing, Insights, Regulatory, Quality and R&D to deliver winning products.

Furthermore, providing sales and business development support to drive the business forward. As appropriate, this role may eventually evolve into a more diverse PSM focused position. Essential Functions
Concept to Market commercialization of new products, as determined by Foodarom Flavors PSM Team
Coordinate project review team meetings ensuring input from all stakeholders to key approval and development decisions.

As necessary, create a project plan for each approved project and coordinate all activities to ensure adherence to plan and visibility to status of each project.

Communicate project plans, schedule, and budget with all relevant departments including PSM, Quality, R&D, Procurement, Operations, Regulatory and Technical Services
Responsible for keeping the project pipeline up to date and communicating to the team, including status updates.

Once pre-Commercialization/Commercialization is triggered coordinate across all functions the development and input of all internal and external documentation, required to enable the product to be produced and sold.

Work closely with international PSM team to provide required documentation and information needed to register new products in developing markets

Perform master data/SAP setup functions assigned to the Commercialization manager and co-ordinate all other master data set up across all functional areas.

Coordinate with logistics team on warehouse and vendor setup
Facilitate work between operations, tech services, and R&D by setting up bench top and scale up trials.
Where required, facilitate marketing requirements between PSM, Technology Manager, R&D and Marketing

Perform root cause analysis on KPIs and convene a monthly review meeting to agree actions to continuously improve the process.

Act as liaison for internal customers (sales, finance, customer service, purchasing, marketing, operations, quality) for day-to-day product activities and questions.

Supports Flavours Strategic Priorities
Coordinates Customer orders as necessary with Customer Service & Operations, mitigating issues and assuring on-time delivery
