About the Job:


Reporting to the HR Project Manager and Information Analyst, the People System Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the HR information systems and ensuring accurate and secure employee data within the organization.

Responsibilities include HRIS administration; data management (adding and entering new employee information, updating employee and company records, managing schedules & the company Organizational Chart), conducting regular data audits and validation, reporting and analytics, process improvement, system maintenance and support, compliance, and collaboration with stakeholders.

You will assist in responding to general inquiries from employees, triage information to the appropriate people for prompt resolution. You are required to participate in cross-functional projects related to people process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, information systems, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in People and Culture, HRIS administration and data management is an asset
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and reporting tools is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of general People and Culture principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations.
  • Detailoriented and organized.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
