From the clerk to the President, each person plays an important role in the overall supply chain, ensuring our customers receive their goods in the time frame they expect.

This individual is tasked with scheduling and dispatching crews, equipment for delivery of freight or other services rendered outside the place of business.

Develop a culture of safety, professionalism and service excellence in all areas of operations
Plan and manage employee work schedules to service commitment requirements
work closely with fleet maintenance supervisor to address equipment deficiencies
Maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Federal and Provincial transportation requirements
Minimum five (5) years dispatching experience LTL-T/L-general freight industry
Some Class 1 driving experience is an asset, but not required
Knowledgeable about the Hours of Service regulations
Proficient reading, writing and speaking English
Computer and presentation skills
