Your tasks at a glance

You are the master of keeping our tools clean and sterile.
You receive, sort, disassemble, decontaminate, clean, assemble, wrap, sterilize and store instruments.
You keep accurate records of sterile items.
You make sure to rotate stock (FIFO) and reprocess outdated supplies.
You perform designated cleaning duties, restocks shelves, cupboards and carts according to established written policies/procedures.
You are responsible for maintaining, testing and keeping records of sterilization tests (Bowie-Dicks, BI's, etc.) and regular maintenance and testing of the Ultrasonic.

You possess a recognized Sterile Processing Technician certificate or a Medical Device Reprocessing Technician course (MDRT).
You are meticulous, precise, rigorous, patient and focused, no detail can escape you.

You have strong communication skills.
