This role can be based out of one our main offices including:
Stellarton, NS; Mississauga, ON; Calgary, AB.


Here's where you'll be focusing:


As a Support Services Analyst with Sobeys, you will:

Required

  • Excellent oral and written business communication skills.
  • Effective time management and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to respond to rapidly changing needs in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to work in a team setting.
  • Pharmacy dispensing experience.

  • Working knowledge of computer systems, operating systems and networking.
  • Experience working with external vendors regarding hardware and software problems. Experience dealing with customers and processes in a helpdesk environment.
